This is a complete video recording of an election hustings on the topic of the environment held at Harmony Hall, 10 Truro Rd, London E17 7BY on Thursday 27th June at 8pm. It was organised by the group MP Watch. Eight Walthamstow parliamentary candidates were put to the test on their climate ambitions and proposals.

The Waltham Forest Echo described the event as follows: "Appealing to voters in Walthamstow, the organisers of the hustings said: 'Are you concerned about energy bills, food shortages, transport, air and water pollution, or just why the weather has got so weird? Would you like to see fossil fuels replaced and nature recover? 'Do you wonder how this could be achieved in the time frame that’s needed? How will the next government take action at a local, national and global level? 'Whatever your concerns about the climate and nature crisis, this is your chance to ask our general election candidates what they are planning to do.'”

The Forest Radio team were delighted to be invited to video record this event. We hope you will agree that we have done a reasonable job, and in the minimum possible time.
